Ingredients:
- 45ml Meyer’s Gin Silver
- 25ml sherry fino
- 20ml lemon juice
- 10ml mango juice
- 10ml simple syrup
- 1 drop of saffron / mango bitters (Black Cloud)
- 1 bsp absinth
Method: shake
Garnish: orange zest and mint sprig
How to make it:
- Add all ingredients to a shaker and shake
- Double strain into chilled cocktailglass
- Add garnish
