Ingredients:
- 50ml Meyer’s Gin Silver
- 20ml Dolin Blanc (infused with sage)
- 15ml honey wine
- 6 drops orangeblossom water
- 2 dashes of orange bitters (The Bitter Truth)
Method: shake
Garnish: fresh sage leaves
How to make it:
- Put all ingredients in the shaker with ice and shake
- Double strain cocktails into chilled glass
