Glass: Rocks
Ice: crushed
Ingredients:
- 4.5cl Meyer’s Gin Silver
- 30ml lime juice
- 15ml simple syrup
- 2 dashes orange bitter (The Bitter Truth)
- 1 egg white
Method: dry shake / wet shake
Garnish: dehydrated orange and mint
How to make it:
- Put all ingredients in the shaker without ice and shake
- Add ice cubes to the shaker and shake again
- Double strain cocktail over crushed ice
